TRAINS

CAR
​​If you are arriving by car, parking is available in the square outside the church and along the roadside, but can fill up quickly. Alternatives are shown on the map below:

Alternatively, you are invited to make your way directly to Culverwood where parking will be available in the field.
TAXIS
Waldron & Culverwood are quite remote locations in East Sussex.​​​ Uber is unavailable, so local taxi services will be listed in the FAQ. You will need to book this in advance.
SHUTTLE BUS
​​To make things easier, we invite you to take advantage of our complementary shuttle bus, which leaving Culverwood for the church at 11.15 am.

After the ceremony, there will be two trips from the church to the reception:

1st trip @ 1.15pm
2nd trip @ 1.45pm
​
Those who get the later bus are encouraged to grab a celebratory drink at The Star Inn across the road.
Just make sure you don't miss your ride!


ACCOMMODATION
If you need a hotel or AirBnB, please book in advance.
This map shows the local towns and cities that will likely offer places to stay. Please consider travel to Waldron and from Culverwood when selecting your accommodation.
However, we understand this may not be suitable for everyone, so we've teamed up with Bumble Bell Tents to provide comfortable, affordable on-site accommodation for anyone who wants to end the night on their own terms. ​
These luxury glamping tents will be pitched in the field behind the reception, and options are available to suit different budgets and comfort levels. The cost covers you for both Friday and Saturday night and (like the tents themselves) can be split between up to four people.

Alternatively, if you have a tent already, you are welcome to pitch up!

GIFT REGISTRY
Our small home is choc-a-bloc with all the things we need to be comfortable for now, and your presence is present enough. However, we understand that gifts are a love language for many. If you would like to celebrate our love this way, a little help towards our dream honeymoon in Krabi, Thailand is what we'd appreciate most. ​​



























































































































FAQ
1 / I'm an evening guest. When can I arrive?
Evening guests are welcome to join from 6.00 pm. You may also attend the ceremony if you'd like; we recommend passing the time in between (and grabbing a bite to eat) at The Star Inn!
2 / Can I bring a plus one?
Where we have budgeted for a plus one, this will be indicated on your invitation. If you feel we've missed someone dear to us, please let us know!
3 / Is this a child-friendly wedding?
Yes! Furthermore, both children and spouses are invited by default. If in doubt, please get in touch!
4 / Can I bring my dog?
Yes, so long as they are good with children and other dogs (and you clean up after any messes). However, the venue is not enclosed and dogs off the lead could find their way to the road, so please keep an eye on your fur babies.

6 / What kind of food and refreshments will be provided?
There will be a banquet-style sit-down meal for all-day guests at 2:30 pm. We appreciate this is a little late for some, so we recommend a hearty breakfast! We do however have a pizza van turning up (on us!) between 7pm and 11pm.​ For drinks, there will be a cash bar.
7 / Is there a theme?
Our theme is autumnal, but this is simply encouraged. Beyond that, normal wedding etiquette applies.
8 / Is there anything else I should take into consideration for my outfit?
The reception will take place in a tent on the lawn at Culverwood. We can't guarantee the weather, the sides of the tent will be up and there's no hard floor, so please take these things into consideration when deciding what to wear and/or bring... and prepare for some rather vigorous dancing!
